The notices inform the public of their rights and responsibilities under non-discrimination law. They protect workers, students and others and help protect your business or organization from liability. Find other mandatory labor law postings such as Minimum Wage, Child Labor, etc. on the Department of Labor & Industry's website. All PA posters are available free of charge.
Brochures include general discrimination topics and specific subjects such as civil rights and teens, pregnancy discrimination, disability support animals and more.
PHRC Annual Reports include statistics about the type and number of discrimination complaints filed in PA each year, legal orders issued, and other information about the commission's work promoting equal opportunity and enforcing non-discrimination laws.
